This was my second stay at airone, and again I found it clean, fairly quiet and comfortable. Check in process is streamlined and easy, shared facilities are fine, and the hotel is right in the CBD near plenty of great places to eat and get coffee

员工服务和回复都很及时，半夜忘记带卡出胶囊都有人回复. 胶囊里一股怪味，厕所的尿骚味一直存在，洗手台的洗手液永远不补充，感觉完全没有打扫男生浴室

I liked that we have privacy and it’s in the heart of hobart also the lady working there is lovely. The toilets were not cleaned regularly. The guy staying in room 2 who I was told by the property owner or receptionist that would assist is not helpful at all. I asked him about the key card and the water and just ignored me the first time and said he doesn’t know anything about the water
