The place is beautiful, close to the lake and basic services; note that the water glasses and coffee cups need more care to look cleaner. The setting was quiet, lovely, and near restaurants and cafés, the breakfast was nice and varied, and the reception was very pleasant—thanks to the staff member Elizabeth who helped move us to a balcony room as requested, and also to Mary who was friendly.

The hotel’s location, welcome, breakfast, and even the room itself were good, yet the room isn’t well insulated; you can hear a lot from neighboring rooms, such as bathroom water and doors slamming loudly when you leave.

The calm and proximity to the lake are positives, but the attic is unbearably hot and the air conditioning is too weak.

From the warm welcome by Mariam at the front desk to the meals, the room, and the pool area, everything was flawless and the staff were very friendly; we had nothing to ask for, and honestly, everything was perfect.
