The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating, which made my stay enjoyable. However, I was a bit let down by my room, which didn't have a window - something that I think should be clearly stated upfront. Despite this, the staff's kindness made up for it, and I appreciated their attention to detail.

“Ne renouvellera jamais de réservation dans cette hôtel”

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I wasn't informed that my room had no windows, which was a bit of a shock. To make matters worse, when I tried to cancel my reservation on the day of arrival, I was told it wasn't possible, even with a penalty. The location wasn't ideal either, as the room was situated near a commercial area and a nightclub, making it very noisy.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was underwhelming, and I didn't find anything particularly impressive. There were several issues, including an inconvenient entrance, a mismatch between the hotel's quality and price, and a lack of privacy in the common areas. Overall, I wouldn't consider staying here again.

“Convenient hotel close to Mahidol University”

I recently stayed at this hotel with a group for an international university event, and we were all impressed with the recent renovations. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay very comfortable. I appreciated that the hotel's location near Mahidol University saved us a long taxi ride to the music faculty, which was just 3 km away. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and everyone slept well.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the staff were charming and very attentive, and the breakfast was extremely generous. However, my room wasn't very soundproof, and on some evenings, it was quite noisy from outside. Despite this, the staff's warmth made my stay enjoyable.
