The front desk was friendly and service-oriented, and the restaurant and location were also great.

Location, nature of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug, and a well-prepared breakfast were positives. The lack of a hair dryer and kettle in the room was disappointing for a four-star hotel; later we saw in the information folder that a kettle and hair dryer were available at reception, but the room amenities listed on Booking had mentioned them. I think it's normal for these items to be in the room.

Top spot, lovely in the woods, beautiful surroundings, and a nice hotel. The rooms were also pretty.
