The carpet was filthy, and the room had a musty smell that triggered my partner’s allergies and asthma. We also had to deal with dogs barking from other guests early in the morning.

The hotel was conveniently close to the mall, but there was no pool.

Everything was perfect.

The location was great, just a short walk from the mall. However, I was annoyed that the room only offered two single‑prong outlets for charging my phone, and there were no other power options. I misplaced my plug and had to find a few extra outlets around the room. Why only two single‑prong plugs?
