“I felt very unwelcome during my stay. I booked a twin room, but when I arrived to check in, I was told that the twin roo”
The only thing that mattered was the location. I felt very unwelcome throughout my stay. I had booked a twin room, but when I checked in, I was told the twin rooms were sold out, which was very disappointing since I had already booked. The staff were generally cold and unfriendly. The lady at the breakfast area was particularly unwelcoming—no smile, no greeting, and she seemed angry. I felt uneasy every time I went to breakfast. The breakfast itself was poor and didn’t meet my expectations. The room needed a serious upgrade; the furniture was dusty, and the towels and pillowcases didn’t look freshly washed. There were no hooks in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. Overall, the hotel needs major improvements in cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and customer service. I would never stay here again.

The location was good and the door guy was lovely, helpful, friendly, and responsive. I got hair dye on my pillow and they tried to charge me an outrageous amount for all the bedding—several million VD. I admitted it was my fault, but they attempted to extort me by charging a ridiculously high fee for the yellow/grey stained pillowcase and all other bedding, including pillows, sheets, duvet cover, and inners. The kitchen cook was unhygienic, spitting, blowing her nose with a finger into the trash bin, and that really put me off. I could see it through the threadbare curtains while she kept cooking.

The hotel is close to the centre, the rooms are nice and very spacious, the staff are enthusiastic and ready to help, especially the daytime front desk, and there was nothing negative to mention.
