“Preiswert / freundliches Personal, bequeme Austattung.”

The price/value and breakfast were good, but there was a sign stating that cash payment is expected to save costs, which made me wonder where else they were cutting corners.

“Traditional and beatifully furnished hotel a little too far from the station”

spacious room, decent breakfast, friendly staff. a liitle too far from the train station. There was no one at the hotel at 3 pm although 's information that the check-in could be done 11 am on (there is a sign at the door stating that the hotel is open 24 h. I tried to call someone on the phone, after ringing the bell a number of times; at last, a lady returned my call and presented herself in 10 minutes time to let me in; she pointed out another sign statinng that the check-in time is at 5 pm on)

“Deben mejorar trato con la gente”

The location was adequate, but the bed had no sheets, the service was not friendly, and the TV channels were only in German.
