The capsule hotel is very well located and very clean. It’s a shared space, so the experience depends heavily on how well people respect a common area. Aside from one night with residents who couldn’t keep quiet at 3 am, it was very calm. I recommend it. The only drawback is there’s no washing machine available, but the limited space probably doesn’t allow for one, which isn’t a big deal.

While looking for a place to stay with a companion, I found this guesthouse. After a bit of research I learned that the same building has guesthouses on the 4th and 5th floors. I wanted to book on the same floor, but rooms were unavailable, so I booked the 4th and 5th floors separately and stayed in each. The facilities inside are clean, and other guests are quiet, so the price is justified. I’ll use it again next time I come to Tokyo. Thank you.

The capsule‑hotel style is fine. However, the foreign guests are extremely rude and don’t respect each other or the hostel rules, especially the young travelers.

I liked that the pans were clean, the sinks were neatly arranged, and the atmosphere was calm. Occasionally the toilet was dirty.
