“A lovely 3 day stay”
The friendliness of the staff, they made our stay more enjoyable. -In booking through Booking .com we booked a family room which we thought would give us a 2 bedroom cabin, instead we were given what they term as a cottage. However although we only had one bedroom, there was plenty of room for our goods and chattels and we were very happy with our accommodation and enjoyed our 3 day stay - the ad for the accommodation included toiletries but these items were not included
The staff were great, and there was nothing negative.
“Good for backpackers”
Getting there was easy and it was reasonably quiet, yet it felt very cold, dated, and not very clean. Finding crockery was a struggle unless you got down on your hands and knees.

Even though we booked a specific room on Bookings, that type of room was not available; I’m not sure if the issue was with Bookings or the park.

The staff were friendly, but the cabin looked nothing like the pictures: we booked for 5 towels and only got 3, so we had to buy more. The lounge had a dirty cover to hide a stain, and the cupboards were chipped and in very poor condition. The shower sprayed in all directions and suddenly became very hot with no warning, while the heater stopped working early in the morning after running all night. There were no spare blankets for the kids. Maybe the new cabins are nicer, but this one was not good.
