I give it a 10 because I can't rate it higher. The facilities are brand new, the owner is fantastic and very attentive at all times, the rooftop breakfast is perfect, and there’s a private parking service at a very reasonable price (most of the city is either paid parking or ZTL).

Check‑in and parking were excellent, the room and the whole accommodation were very clean, and the breakfast was superb. The proximity to the city center and the beach were also great. The only gripe is that the bed could be a bit softer.

The place is in a great spot, rooms are clean and roomy, each comes with a mini‑fridge, air conditioning, a shower, and a hair dryer. The breakfast was decent, but the selection was limited—no bread, eggs, or similar staples, only a few fruit varieties and sweet items like croissants and a cake. The rooms could use better soundproofing.

It was a very nice accommodation—very clean, in a great location, and the staff were extremely friendly!!!

Everything! The new building is spotless and welcoming, and the terrace breakfast is fantastic.
