“Old Marine Corps barracks are nicer than this place”
The photos were misleading; the rooms looked nothing like the reality—worse than a Motel 6 with rude staff, damaged and filthy rooms, and a sketchy, unsafe environment. The floor was sinking, causing me to dislocate my knee; the bed had stains that suggested bed bugs. I tried to get a refund because the property was not as advertised and unsafe for my 3‑month‑old daughter and me, but the booking customer service ignored me and only spoke to my husband about the booking. This terrible experience made me distrust booking with this company, so I had to find another hotel at the last minute. My old barracks, which had been condemned and torn down, were nicer than this place. I had to slam the door to open it, and when it was closed you could see the outside from the bottom corner.
