Excellent in all senses. And it's a canal view. And the terrace was amazing and the staff are great. Sooo recommended. Not their fault but being on the canal makes it impossible to rest fully as it becomes too noisy almost all the time. The mattress wasn't comfortable at all and they said they will change it. I hope they did

La terrazza all’ultimo piano è una vera chicca affacciata sui canali, un incrocio in cui passano molte gondole ed è bello stare a guardarle. La camera era molto pulita, bagno moderno e abbastanza ampia. Forse la cucina potrebbe essere un po’ rinnovata ma nel complesso tutto ok

Great location once you can find it. Very clean, apart from a few cobwebs on the ceiling. Disappointed that we didn't get a canal view from our room but the roof terrace was great. Very quiet. We left our bags there on our last day and came back and had a couple of hours rest on the terrace before getting the water taxi to the airport. It took an hour and twenty minutes to find. Directions are useless. No kettle or mini fridge in room but was a shared kitchen that had everything you could want in it

The spot is perfect, plus you can leave your luggage in a room while waiting for the room to be ready if you arrive early or need to leave late. Laura, who handled the cleaning, welcomed us warmly, and the view from the terrace is stunning.

The place is great, the view from both the room and the terrace is breathtaking, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and having access to a kitchen and fridge is super handy.
