Clean, easy to reach the location, and the check‑in was friendly.

The staff were quick to respond and friendly, and the room itself was spotless. However, as a single woman I didn’t feel secure. The first room assigned had a deadbolt that wouldn’t lock and a crack between the door and the wall; the front desk moved me to another room with a functioning deadbolt, but the crack remained. The linens were minimal—just a sheet and top sheet, no extra blankets—yet the thermostat worked. The shower offered warm water, but I couldn’t dial it up to a hotter temperature.

The management team was pleasant and helpful.

The staff were helpful, but the air conditioning failed to cool adequately and the bed was uncomfortable.
