If you crave peace, a taste of desert family life, mouth‑watering meals, and a host eager to tailor your visit, Camp Familia is spot on. The camp sits in a secluded desert haven, roughly a 30‑minute walk from the dunes you’ll always see. The little Berber shops feel snug and tidy, and the beds are supremely comfy. The bathrooms fit camping in the desert perfectly. After dinner, music by the campfire and stargazing make you reluctant to leave the tent. Silence is deep. In the morning you’ll catch a magical sunrise over the endless desert while Brahim serves one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in our three weeks in Morocco. The camel ride back, organized by Brahim, was the crowning moment of an unforgettable desert adventure.
