My sons had a twin room on the end which had the loveliest views of the mountains. Our room was great too with views over the rice fields. The air conditioning worked well, the shower was great, breakfast was varied. Fantastic location. Pool was excellent. Restaurant served yummy food. Nothing. Everything was as expected for the price paid

The hotel is nicely located and cozy, with a very pleasant, helpful, and smiling staff. The room and bathroom are spacious and generally clean. The room includes a small fridge, which is handy on hot days, and water and coffee/tea supplies (including instant versions). Bicycles are provided in the room rate. It’s only a three‑star hotel by European standards: everything is simply old, so first impressions are mediocre. Breakfasts are available, but the quality is quite ordinary.

ăn uống được, yên tính, mang tính chất nghỉ dưỡng, đi không phải mùa du lịch và đúng dịp mưa nên vắng, phù hợp với nghỉ dưỡng hơn là trải nghiệm, đã đi xe điện thăm các làng xung quanh và chợ. Nói chung chợ giống chợ dân sinh ở Hà nội không có gì đặc sắc. Chợ phiên ko có, nhà sinh hoạt chung của các làng thì đang tu sửa nên ban đêm chưa có hội hè gì. Nên đi vào mùa lễ hội du lịch tháng 10 (theo tư vấn của dân bản địa) thì vui hơn. Bể bơi ngoài trời chưa có hệ thống lọc, khử khuẩn hàng ngày mà là bể phơi ra tự nhiên nên sẽ không thể sạch sẽ, bể liền sát nền khu nhà ăn uống , không che ngăn cách nên sẽ bất tiện, đường xe ô tô đi lối nhỏ, bất tiền, sát gầm xe vì dốc cao, lối nên mở rộng hơn

The location is fine. The mold smell, dirty sheets, and dirty bathroom were unacceptable. I could keep listing problems. They shouldn’t sell half a room unless they renovate; otherwise, it’s not worth it.
