The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the outdoor area was nice, yet the restaurant and outdoor tables lacked cleanliness. Breakfast was pleasant but limited; a buffet would have been better.

The facilities, staff, cleanliness, friendliness, and comfort were all excellent. The location is very good if you want peace; it sits up on the mountain but is close by car to the port and the medina. If you go on excursions, they pick you up without problem and drop you where you want. Most staff do not speak or understand Spanish, but they make a strong effort to translate with their phones or whatever they can.

The hotel was pretty and tidy with two pools that open to the public from 10 am with an entrance fee. The staff were top and friendly, overall a good hotel. However, breakfast disappointed, though the tea was tasty. Prices were a bit high: €2.50 for a small bottle of water. The location is nice, close to the harbor, but to get around you need a car or taxi.
