It was clean. nothing really

The room was spotless and in great shape, and the breakfast was top‑class; the fridge and microwave in the room were handy. The pillows felt uncomfortable, and the air conditioner kept switching between too cold and too warm.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly, guiding us to a fantastic restaurant with patience and clear directions. Their cheerful, bubbly professionalism made the experience enjoyable, and the breakfast was tasty. I found the bed too firm, probably because I’m used to a softer mattress for my back, and the early‑morning noise from people outside was annoying, but overall the team was clean, prompt, happy, and made us feel at home.

The staff were fantastic and very accommodating, juggling multiple roles due to being short‑staffed. They moved our room to the first floor with ease and let my husband stay past checkout for half an hour. Breakfast offered fresh waffles, but everything else had to be reheated; a heated pan of scrambled eggs would have been much better. The front and side entries were left with dead bugs and needed sweeping.
