The location is great, a short walk into town. The facilities are clean and the staff are very friendly.

The corridors to the rooms were dirty, the sink in the bad room was not cleaned. The laundry service was not done correctly and I had to ask to have my trousers washed again.

The room was very comfortable and the bed was great. The bathroom, although aesthetically nice, was cramped and the door would not close properly when using the toilet. The gardens outside the courtyard were not maintained and full of weeds, which dampened the view from our room that would have been nice otherwise.

The location is great and within easy walking distance to everything in Queenstown CBD. The room had comfortable beds and high ceilings that made it feel airy and spacious. The air conditioning was too warm/hot even after I changed the settings. There were no room slippers, and when I asked for more, they ran out and could only provide a few.
