Pure House Marrakech

“Thank you to all the staff at Pure House, we had a truly memorable stay.”

Everything was amazing. Having stayed in many hotels over the years, Pure House ranks among the very best. The staff were thoughtful and kind, the rooms beautiful, and breakfast superb. No complaints.

“Schönes Riad in guter Lage”

Breakfast was very good for Moroccan standards. The location in the Medina was convenient, and the rooftop terrace was lovely. Prices at the bar were excessive—36 EUR for two 0.25 l beer bottles and two 0.1 l wine glasses.

The riad was very clean, well situated in the Medina, and the staff—especially Ahmed—were helpful and friendly. They even lent us a cellphone with data to navigate the Medina. The rooms were clean and new, and breakfast was very good. Highly recommend, though the bed was too hard for our taste, but the positives outweighed that.

“The staff and service were 10/10 and were the reason pure house works”

The staff were fantastic, making the whole place great. However, the Wi‑Fi on the 3rd‑floor rooms was virtually nonexistent—really poor.

“Could have been a lot better”

The place sits in a great spot and stays spotless, but the staff are seriously unhelpful—only another guest told us that a phone is provided if yours fails in Marrakesh, and we only discovered on the last night that drinks are served at the Riad through a partner restaurant, not by the staff. They couldn't recommend any restaurants beyond that partner spot, and when we asked about a good spa, they told us to find one in the medina even though there’s an onsite service!
