The room was spacious and the breakfast was very good

We had a fantastic breakfast, very fresh coffee with in‑out options, fresh juice and more… we liked it. Nothing to complain about.

The location was convenient with the metro right outside. I had a small, windowless room that felt claustrophobic, like a cell. No other options were offered except a very expensive alternative that they tried to sell me instead of helping. The receptionist at check‑in was not very friendly. When my neighbor showered at 6:30 am, I felt like I was in a machine room. The breakfast coffee (Nescafé) was not drinkable. The bread selection wasn’t very appealing for a good breakfast, so it was limited to the first morning. After that we went out for a nice breakfast. Not all staff were unfriendly.

Best location, metro just at the door. Great breakfast too. The location is great. Metro is just in front and so easy to travel around and to the airport too and to get to the pick up point to tour to Meteora
