Orizontes View Hotel

“Fabulous, peaceful but close to lots of restaurants.”

The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly and helpful. The accommodation was beautifully and stylishly appointed and the bed and linen were lovely. However, the sat nav led us onto a tiny street that we barely squeezed through; there is a more accessible route 100 meters away. It would have been useful if the hotel had informed us, because if our rental car was even slightly larger we could have gotten stuck or damaged it.

The view was great and the room was comfortable.

The location was good. We had a problem in the room: the air conditioning was running and the room was quite wet. We informed reception and I think it would have been good to change rooms (there was one available) but they didn’t change it or fix it.

The hotel sits above the village and offers a very nice view. The room was good and had all the amenities. Switching rooms was problem‑free – we had booked a sea‑view room (behind the building), but the harbor‑view room is far more interesting. We could enjoy breakfast on the terrace, which isn’t common. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing really negative, except that the address we entered (the listed address) led us to the town via Google instead of up the mountain.
