The location was convenient, exactly what we needed. Some staff members were understanding and tried to help us. We booked more than 10 rooms for a wedding party, but having to reach out repeatedly for various requests was exhausting. Kudos to the staff for attempting to address our many questions. It seems designed for short, one‑day stays, not for longer visits or for wedding parties/families. The overall service and rooms were lacking; we constantly had to ask for things, there was only one towel in a double room, we received damp sheets when we asked for extra bedding, we had to wait a long time for the staff to sort our rooms, they took ages to resolve issues even after calling the front desk, we waited ages for a water bottle, and getting items like a dental kit or shaving kit required multiple calls, which was disappointing.
