The space was adequate, everything was very clean and organized. The only issue was that the washing machine wouldn’t start; otherwise everything was perfect.

Close to the metro, clean, automatic check‑in, the host was friendly and helpful. Nothing else to note.

Very good location. The door had a telephone lock and a key‑pad. The mattress was comfortable. There was no soap holder. Paint was flaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. The air conditioner could use a cleaning. The bed frame should be replaced.

The location. RUN, DON’T WALK — THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING THIS PROPERTY! Our stay started with problems from the very beginning and unfortunately went downhill from there. After completing check-in, I received an email containing a supposed “link” to access the apartment. However, the link appeared simply as “link removed.” As a result, upon arrival we had to phone the owner, verify our identity and wait for the main entrance to be opened. Once we reached the apartment, the instructions provided by email were again unclear. There was no key box where we expected one to be, so we had to make yet another phone call before we could gain access to the apartment. Unfortunately, the apartment itself presented further issues. The toilet takes approximately 10 minutes to refill after flushing, which is extremely inconvenient. The shower cubicle is also exceptionally small and, despite being a medium-sized person, I could barely fit comfortably inside. The most concerning issue occurred that evening when one of us used the toilet and discovered that it was loose from the floor and appeared to be in danger of coming off completely. We immediately contacted the owner and, to his credit, he came over to inspect it. However, the attitude from the very beginning of this interaction was already defensive and, in our opinion, arrogant, rather than focused on resolving the problem for his guests. Despite this being a significant safety and hygiene concern, we received no proper follow-up or explanation regarding what would be done to resolve the issue during our stay. Unfortunately, this was not the only accusation we received during our stay. The owner also stated that we had left the air conditioning running, which was simply not the case. We found this accusation particularly frustrating, especially given the other issues we had already experienced. Then came another unpleasant experience. We were staying in Rome during a heatwave, so I politely requested three fresh towels

Probably the shower size because it’s too small and the toilet water takes minutes to refill the water to flush the thing but the rest is good!
