We liked the staff—they were genuinely friendly, helpful, and attentive. We switched rooms. The room itself felt outdated, with peeling paint and a missing piece of AC. The first room had an odor. I was disappointed that the receptionist couldn’t move me to my preferred room because I had booked through Booking, but that fault was not the woman's.
