The staff—reception, bar/restaurant, housekeeping, personal trainer, security—were fantastic, and everything was spotless, literally sparkling. You can even join Thai Fight Classes for free! Everything was great. The location might feel a bit uncomfortable for some guests, but that’s a matter of personal preference.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the place was very modern, and the equipment and services were high‑quality, including beach facilities and beach services. Activities such as guided fitness sessions, boating equipment, an ice bath, and help booking local attractions were available, though the shuttle to the city center ran too infrequently. Rooms had the sink outside the bathroom, the rooms themselves were a bit cramped, the dining area was small, and the pool lacked shaded areas.

The cleanliness and service quality were excellent, making for an unforgettable stay.

The staff were super kind and welcoming, always ready to help. The rooms were clean and very pretty. The location was perfect for us who don’t like too much noise just outside the Lamai center. The breakfast, however, fell short for sweet‑tooth diners; salty options were adequate.

The cleaning and services were good, but the reception staff were not very helpful.
