The view over Gordon’s Bay and Strand at sunset is amazing. The log cabin is well maintained and security lets you into the estate. The room is comfortable with many amenities, and breakfast offers a tasty variety and good coffee. It would have been nice to have complimentary drinking water, since they use borehole water that might upset your stomach; filtered water would be better and should be topped up daily given the price. If you drink their wine or water, you need cash at checkout, otherwise you must provide all card details for an online transaction because there’s no card machine.
