Friendly staff, parking right next to the hotel, and a hot bath in the old building were all excellent. The old building is a bit cramped and dated. Rooms are noisy and the windows let in a lot of sound. The blackout works only moderately; breakfast is served until 9:30 am and the last check‑in is at 9 am, which is inconvenient for late sleepers. The mattresses are very firm.

The buffet breakfast was great – you could make Okinawa soba, tacos, and juice yourself, which seemed popular with kids. The taste was decent. At the flower‑theme breakfast, I had Chinese food, and everything was tasty and satisfying. Dust was noticeable on tables and other surfaces. Calling the front desk required about ten attempts before someone answered. I booked the night buffet but they never told me the price.

“Ottimo hotel a Naha”

The onsen was wonderful and it’s a bonus that the hotel has a convenience store and more than one restaurant. However, the rooms aren’t cleaned daily, which I didn’t expect for the price I paid.

I liked the BBQ you can eat by the poolside. I did notice the building and interior felt a bit old.

It was clean and very close to the airport. The customer focus was limited. We had to leave after a day because a typhoon warning forced us to cancel; the staff were friendly but spoke very poor English and only pointed to Booking for changes, yet they refused to adjust via Booking. The hotel itself feels quite old, parking is expensive relative to the size, and overall it’s below average for Japan.
