“4% de frais cachés et ne correspond pas du tout aux photos”

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was marred by several issues. We were charged a 4% fee on our credit card without prior notice, and the beds were not as comfortable as we had hoped. To make matters worse, the rooms looked nothing like the photos, which was a major letdown.

“So far good and reasonable for money”

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, I loved the incredibly convenient location, just a stone's throw away - 50 meters to be exact - from the serene lake, which made for a perfect spot to unwind. However, I did find one issue that slightly marred my stay: the shower area lacked a designated spot to place my soap and shampoo, which was a bit of an inconvenience.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's location, which offered a serene atmosphere despite being in the midst of bustling Hanoi. However, the hotel's exterior and interior could benefit from some renovation to elevate its overall aesthetic. The quiet street it's situated on was a welcome respite from the city's chaos.

“Worth the money!”

The hotel's prime location was a major draw for me, but I was a bit disappointed by its outdated appearance and the need for renovations. The antique style of the lodging was charming, but it also made the place feel a bit worn out.
