We really enjoyed our stay at Merchant House and would choose it again when we are in the area. Everything was great, from the warm and sensitive welcome by Debs and Graham to the comfortable, beautiful, and well‑appointed room, and the myriad thoughtful and delightful touches throughout this interesting and lovely house. The breakfast, with its range of homemade jams, fresh fruit salad, and local artisan quality breads, was really good—simple but perfectly done. There is nothing we would change.
