They were super friendly and did everything to make our stay comfortable; the people were kind and the place is beautiful. The hot tub was hard to operate, so I ended up not using it.

I want to express our frustration: even after notifying the hotel in advance about our 20th wedding anniversary, there was no attention or special gesture from the staff. We felt the lack of hospitality that would honor such a special occasion.

The staff were very attentive and everything else was great, so I’d definitely return. I did miss more water in the rooms; only two bottles in the minibar felt insufficient for the heat.
