The property is quite small but it has everything that you need and is close to Time Square. If you have more than 1 big luggage it will be a problem because the space is limited. I had 2 hand luggages and a big luggage and it covered all the space on the floor

The location is great and very convenient, the views are beautiful, and the staff were friendly; our room was cleaned daily and stayed clean and neat, with only a few minor scratches on the bed’s side—nothing significant; the interior and exterior are beautiful, modern, and stylish. The only downside is that the terrace on the 4th floor isn’t open 24/7 😅
The spot was great—close to public transport, entertainment, and shopping. But when I put a Do Not Disturb on my room, security still came in for a “Wellness Check” while I was out. They locked me out until I called again, insisting it was a “Wellness Check” even though I had no contact with staff that day. I’d mentioned speaking to the bellman daily and asking for extra blankets, and had talked to the front desk at least three times. Having someone enter my room uninvited when I wasn’t there made me uneasy; I travel solo and don’t want strangers in my space without my knowledge.
