The manager was very attentive to our needs and they prepared a nice honeymoon decor for us as well as arrange our snorkeling expedition. Reception was unreachable after 10PM. Location far from town. But walking distance to Crystal Bay

Die Inhaber bzw. Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns auch die Touren gebucht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und mitten im Dschungel gelegen, wir hatten hinter unserer Hütte sogar Affen. Der Pool ist wunderschön und super zu entspannen. Der Strand ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Hütten sind dunkel und leicht beengend. Damit man zur Unterkunft kommt, fährt man durch ein abgelegenes Dorf, die Straße ist sehr holprig

I I really enjoyed my stay at Mahaloka Valley overall. The location is beautiful and just a few minutes from Crystal Bay, with gorgeous surroundings and a beautiful property aesthetic. The staff was friendly, responsive, and extremely efficient. I especially appreciated how quickly they arranged transportation, activities, boat tickets, and pickups. Everything flowed smoothly, which made my stay very convenient. The bed was also comfortable. My biggest issue was the kitchen and dining area. There were ants everywhere—on the tables, chairs, floor, and even getting into my food. I understand that ants can be difficult to control in a tropical environment, and the property did tell me they were working on the issue, but I feel the dining area needed to be cleaned and monitored more frequently. Having ants around while eating made me uncomfortable, so I eventually ordered food to my room instead. I also didn’t love the bathroom. I found the layout confusing, and water seemed to get everywhere. Aside from those issues, I had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the beautiful location, comfortable bed, friendly staff, and especially how efficiently everything was handled
