The concierge was downright awful; I got brushed off and had to wait forever for any help.

The building itself feels comfortable and well‑built, but it’s showing its age and could use a refresh. Breakfast is limited to the usual fare—adding scrambled or fried eggs would be a nice change.

Staff were genuinely friendly, which made a good impression, but the breakfast didn’t offer lactose‑free milk. In the room the TV signal was spotty—audio was fine but the picture kept flickering—and the power sockets were oddly placed behind the bed, making it hard to plug anything in.
