Sweet House Only Rooms

Comfortable and very clean room.

Elena and Guido are wonderful. Finding courtesy and availability these days is not a given. They welcomed us even before check‑in time, knowing we were arriving early by train. The room was spacious, well‑maintained, with a retro style that reminds you of childhood. Guido recommended Borghetto sul Mincio, and it was a fantastic surprise. For dinner he suggested Tipicoteca Amici Miei, and it was a great meal.

“Magnifico”

The house sits in a quiet area, reachable by car or bus, and also on foot with a slight uphill walk. The property is well maintained, the rooms are spacious, and there’s a lovely common area with a fully equipped kitchen. The lady who welcomed us was cheerful and helpful. The room was clean, with a set of three towels per person. The bed was excellent, with firm mattress and pillows, plus extra pillows and blankets. A small fridge was in the room. The lakeside area is famously beautiful, and Peschiera offers plenty of sites and events, as well as a good starting point for visiting other places. It can be a bit challenging for train arrivals, but there’s a bus and you can also walk.
