The hotel is very close to the beach and the owner has a great style. The sheets and rooms were worn out and dirty, and the floors were dusty everywhere.

The hotel had a double booking from me. We booked 3 rooms in Clear House Phuket but wanted to book at Clear House Resort with a pool. CH Phuket showet it has a pool on Google. It has not. They agreed to return the payment but still more than a week after I still haven't received the refund even though we've called them and they promised to confirm to . We paid 37000tbh for 4 room at the CH Resort plus more than 22000bth for the first booking they wont refund. Now I have to file complaint about fraud to my bank but that doesn't guarantee a refund. Be careful paying for your bookings in advance at this place. I wouldn't recommend it

The room was small but very comfortable, and we could even rent a scooter. The owners didn’t speak English very well, but we managed to understand each other, and they were absolutely kind.

I’ve stayed here many times and have always been super satisfied. The location and the staff are great.
