Breakfast was very good, the hosts were nice, and the terrace offered a great view. The room wasn’t very clean and the bar prices were too high.

“Needs an update but lovely staff.”

The room was lovely and big, with sensational views from the balcony. The staff were exceptional, but the building is old, tired, and needs a major overhaul. The corridor to the pool and bar feels like an East German prison corridor.

The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. However, there were a lot of mosquitoes, and the umbrellas in the restaurant were tiny and should be replaced with larger ones. The staff were wonderful with our children, and their conduct was impeccable; Ms. Anna in the restaurant is a true professional, as is the lady at the morning reception—she was professional, helpful, and very pleasant. The hotel is perfect; the only thing it needs is a better restaurant with a wider selection of dishes.

The location was great, but the rooms and bathrooms looked tired and clearly needed an upgrade. The staff at breakfast and in the evening tried very hard to please, yet we were too few. During breakfast they ran out of clean plates and spoons.
