I booked a room here, but the hotel didn't even bother to respond to my messages. I sent them a message as soon as I booked, and even reminded them a day before my arrival, but they just told me they didn't have a room and had sold it to someone else. Their attitude was completely unhelpful and unapologetic, just saying I should deal with . Luckily, I was traveling with family, so I didn't want to involve the police, but this kind of service shouldn't exist.

The hotel itself was new and clean, but the staff were completely unprofessional. I booked two single rooms through , but when I arrived, they told me they didn't use and asked me to pay a deposit. They also tried to move me to a different hotel, claiming they only had one single room left, but ended up putting four of us in one room. To top it all off, there was no hot water and they didn't even bother to clean the room or change the towels.
