Located on a beachfront in Koh Lipe, Salisa Resort features a bar, restaurant with room service, and free WiFi. Rooms offer air conditioning or fans, seating areas, private entrances, and patios with views. Some rooms include flat-screen TVs and minibars. The resort offers diving, snorkelling, and canoeing, as well as a tour desk, massage services, and laundry facilities, within 1.1 km of Lipe Floating Pontoon and 1 km of Military Camp.

It’s a good‑value hotel just next to a 5‑star PADI dive centre. There’s an onsite restaurant with decent prices and an okay breakfast buffet, though vegetarian options are scarce—mostly just fried rice. A five‑minute walk takes you to the town with shops and restaurants. The room is clean, Wi‑Fi and AC work well, and daily cleaning is provided. The staff are polite. You can snorkel right off the beach and easily swim to a nearby small island with nice snorkeling; they give free fins, goggles and snorkel. The place is a bit old but functional. I’ve heard the kayaks sink sometimes, so if you can’t swim you’re responsible for wearing a life jacket, which they also provide. If you can swim, you can get to the small island and back even without fins. You can get an excellent massage at a very good price (cheaper than in town) right on the beach. The water is very beautiful. More vegetarian food, beach umbrellas and hammocks would be nice additions.

The staff were outstanding—extremely warm and attentive—breakfast was good, everything you need was provided, and the room was very clean and well‑kept. The only regret was that I couldn’t stay longer.

The location was great, but the mosquitoes were a nuisance and the staff couldn't do anything about it.
