The staff were very accommodating, and the building’s design was beautiful and the space felt clean and fresh, but the air‑conditioning temperature control was slightly off during the night.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of dishes, and the hotel sits in a very central location, close to all of Fukuoka's main attractions.

I landed in a nice, spacious room with a comfy bed, a good shower/bathtub, and a great location, but the first room I got wasn’t cleaned properly—there were visible stains on the toilet from previous guests. The staff were very friendly and let me change rooms late in the evening, which helped.
