New and modern rooms in the historic building with comfortable bed and nice interior. Only downside was that the hot water in the shower didnt really work and the frigde smelled bad

Location was alright, walking distance to most places in central Naples. We were disappointed to arrive to a lift that wasn’t working with no communication prior, we therefore then had to carry 70kg of luggage up three flights of stairs. The bed was very squeaky, the apartment was very nosiy (waking us up many times in the night with people trying to get into their rooms, didn’t get much sleep), shower was poor quality, dirty jug with gunk inside. Remote to TV didn’t work, maybe batteries. Arrived to a pile of rubbish outside apartment block, set on fire by the looks of it

La habitación era amplia, moderna y muy cómoda, nos quedó perfecto para movernos por las partes turísticas y la estación de tren queda muy cerca

The venue was spotless and fully equipped, staff were quick to help, and the location was acceptable—just a 10‑15 minute walk from bars and restaurants.
