The location was easy to reach, but the air‑conditioning didn’t work even though they promised to fix it the next day at a temperature of 29°, and there were no curtains or blinds so the room was lit at 04.45 am; also, having toilet paper in the rooms is a basic luxury that should be standard.

I had booked and paid for a one‑night stay in advance, but on arrival we found our reservation was cancelled and no room was available for us. We didn’t learn the reason. The lady we spoke to was very accommodating and arranged accommodation in another guesthouse where we were very satisfied. I thank her for her professional approach and quick resolution of this inconvenience.
