“Find another hotel”
The lobby and first impression of the hotel was great. You would’ve thought the actual rooms would’ve mirrored that. Our room was in a basement and very isolated. The room was filthy! I’ve never seen anything like this. The carpets were dirty, looked like drywall was sprinkled all over the carpets and bathroom floor, some type of old moldy insect traps out, the sink and bathroom hadn’t been cleaned and had something brown spilled in it, there was literally poop smeared on the lower part of the bathroom wall and a dirty towel to match hanging on the door, the fire alarm was hanging off the wall. We couldn’t believe it. Hotel does not match the ratings and we would’ve left but there was nothing available nor other rooms available at this hotel
