The spot is excellent, right at the trail entrance which is a huge advantage. The cabin is cozy and well equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful, and when we had a shower issue it was fixed right away. The cabin isn’t air‑conditioned, so it gets very hot in the afternoon or on hot days. The stairs to the second floor are steep and can be dangerous, and the toilets are on the ground floor. A closet on the second floor would be very useful, as would a toaster.

A great place for day hikes to Slovak Paradise. The staff are super helpful and friendly.
