The room was clean and had a river view, yet one side of the bed sagged so badly it felt like it was falling out; the air‑conditioning/heat unit couldn’t be regulated, its buttons were broken, and the TV remote had the same issue; Wi‑Fi was almost non‑existent; the building looked filthy, some rooms were condemned as uninhabitable, a stale wrapper lay on the hallway floor from Friday until Sunday’s checkout; the old structure and facilities made me not want to return.

I paid a decent price, but I should have booked another night because the staff member was very rude and unhelpful, while the first guy was awesome.
