The location offered a superb view of the lake (upgraded rooms). Getting around was easy thanks to the free citypass bus service. The vibe felt like Italian Switzerland.

The view was fantastic, the breakfast decent, and the dining room pleasant. The location worked well and housekeeping was solid. The room itself was nice and the place stayed quiet, not noisy. I’d have liked more hot options at breakfast, such as bacon and eggs, and the staff could have been a touch more welcoming, but overall they were okay.

The restaurant view is nice. The bed was uncomfortable and the carpet was very old.

The location was great, the staff friendly, and the rooms clean. Unfortunately, the rooms felt a bit dated and the bathroom/WC was very small and cramped. The bathroom was especially tiny, and the power outlets were poorly arranged in the room.

Phantastischer Blick über den Luganer See. Umfangreiches Frühstück und Möglichkeit zu Abend zu essen im Hotel. Bekamen ein Upgrade. Zimmer mit Seeblick. sehr, sehr nett:-). Der Pool hat einen ebenso tollen Blick auf den See. Nix
