Located 250 m from Lake Maggiore’s shore, Al Centro sits within a spacious garden and a five‑minute walk from Verbania’s historic centre. Rooms feature cool tiled floors, large windows, fans, flat‑screen TVs and private bathrooms. Complimentary Wi‑Fi, parking and daily breakfast are provided. The location was good, and the centre was easily reachable on foot. The room was very basic, which is livable but urgently needs renovation. The beds were catastrophic and hard. Breakfast was okay, typical Italian. The breakfast room had no hint of coziness, it felt like a cafeteria.

The main door kept shutting and opening poorly, and the shower doors didn't latch properly.

The location is great and the value for money is solid, with room sizes being very good; however, the breakfast could use improvement and the cleaning wasn't up to standard.

The place was really nice, the service was superb, the dinner was delicious—especially the pesto pasta—and we highly recommend it.
