“Has changed my opinion of The Four Seasons I will start using them more frequently”
The hotel was excellent, with a great room and wonderful staff; there was nothing to complain about.
Overall, the hotel was good. The staff were very pleasant and very helpful; there was nothing particular to note.

The staff were the highlight of our stay, kind, accommodating, and understanding when we had to bring our dog last minute; they let us use the service elevator to take her outside, which was extremely helpful. However, the elevator arrangement is awkward, requiring a hop onto another elevator from the lobby to reach our room. The casino feels depressing and I’m not a fan of its proximity to the hotel, and I didn’t love the locale.
