“Vhodné pro rodiny blízko lanovky v Ladis”

The place is spot on – right next to the ski lift and bus stop. The apartment was roomy and fully equipped, plus free parking and friendly staff. We even got fresh pastries delivered right to the basket outside our door. We didn’t try the breakfast, but it’s a nice bonus. The only downside was the fridge could have been a bit bigger.

“Locatie was super”

The location is top-notch, but when we arrived it would have been nice to have a coffee ready and for the trash to be picked up in between.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay – hands down the best hotel we've ever been to. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and had everything you need for a relaxing trip. We skipped breakfast, but it’s great that it’s available. From our balcony we had a stunning mountain view, and starting the day with coffee and that scenery was pure magic. For families, the playroom was a huge plus. The setting is quiet and idyllic, exactly what you want to unwind.

Nathalie’s hospitality was top‑notch – always ready, 24/7, and she called us right before we got there. Someone was waiting, everything was clear, and the summer cards were ready to go, which got settled when we checked out. We were given an extra room for more comfort (we’re a family of five with three little kids), which made a big difference because otherwise it felt a bit tight. The place was spotless and hygienic. When we asked for an extra bed, it was set up when we returned, no hassle.
