I didn't get any parking, and the shower kept giving me a shock.
I loved the whole room, it was very comfortable. Initially I was assigned a room that smelled bad, but they swapped me to a better one at no extra cost.
The hotel’s security was terrible; we were given a key that never worked, the doors couldn’t be closed from the inside, and no one ever followed up on our reservation. The parking area doesn’t exist—it's just a vacant lot next to the hotel, and the staff told us there was no parking. Staff were not available all the time and they didn’t explain how to reach them if we needed to leave early. There’s a door next to the pool that doesn’t even close, so anyone could walk into the hotel at any moment.
