The room was huge, spotless, and the location was great, plus the onsen was excellent.

The room turned out larger than we thought, and the staff was an elderly lady who greeted us in Thai. Because our trip fell on New Year, the weather was freezing and the single heater in the big room was insufficient—going to the bathroom felt bone‑chilling. The hotel didn’t serve food, even though there were restaurants on site, probably because of the holiday.
